Shipping Policy
Shipping cost
- Orders of $100 or more: free standard shipping, worldwide.
- Orders under $100: $9.99 flat-rate standard shipping.
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery time
After processing, delivery takes up to 14 business days. Delays outside our control can happen during busy seasons or because of carrier issues.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at gettudora@gmail.com. We'll investigate and send a replacement or a refund.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds page. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
