We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping is free
We cover the cost of return shipping. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
How to start a return
- Email gettudora@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely (in its original packaging if possible) and ship it back.
Conditions
- Items should be clean, undamaged, and include all original parts.
- Items returned without our approval or without a return label can't be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
